Well, as you know Uralsk is a wonderful city which is located in the West side of Kazakhstan. Thus city was built near the famous river - Ural. This city is pretty good and population is friendly enough. And thus city is famous with it's culture and multirelugion. In Uralsk religions as a Islam, Christianity and Others have found the home. And I'm glad to see that a lot of different people with different outlook, religion and moral princips live together in a harmony.
