Back in Soviet times, it was really cool to help others and take care of the environment. ‘Timur and his team’ was a popular film for youth which children and teenagers loved to watch.  

The film narrated about the activities of random children who help older adults, collected metal things, paper, and so on to help the environment. Those small boys and girls were not lazy; they cared about everything. Timur and his team are an excellent example of volunteering. Many children grew up like Timur!
