But the thing which shocked him the most was the identity of the killed person. He had no doubts it was the person he had delivered the box to two days prior to the accident. Unsurprisingly, there was not a single clue left on the crime scene.
However, such a coincidence happened so a person who met the victim a couple days prior also could tell us the most likely reason for the murder. That mysterious little box, which nobody knew what was in had persuaded everyone that itself was the reason.
We swiftly got into action, contacting the delivery company. The box had no sender marked. But we knew the adress where the box was delivered to. Getting an order for search was easy. We drove to the said adress and busted the door wide open. As we gazed into the house, we realised that the house was completely empty. Not a single piece of furtiniture was inside. Our search has came to an end right after it has started.
Unfortunately, we weren't able to crack that case. We simply haven't got a single starting point. No intruder DNA is left on the crime scene. The person doesn't exist in the database and nobody reported him as "missing". As lame as it seems, we can't continue the investigation. The "Mystery of the Black Box" remaines unsolved...
