1) I don't always sleep enough. on average, a person should sleep for 8 hours, but there are days when I sleep for 5-6 hours. I don't have time to finish all the things, so I have to stay up.
2) I feel very sluggish when I don't get enough sleep. The whole day is a bad mood. I find it difficult to focus on my work, I think about sleep.
3) I put my phone away at 9 o'clock in the evening, after that I don't use it, it interferes with me.
