The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood is one of the most popular landmarks in Russia. It locates in the center of Saint-Petersburg. The Church of the Savior on Spilled Blood was built in 1907 by Alfred Parland. It got this name due to the killing of Alexander the Second at that place. And that is why it has part «on Spilled blood» in its name.  Nowadays this church is a museum that is open for visiting. There is a funny fact that this church is similar to another famous Russian landmark - St. Basil's Cathedral. However, their architects and construction time are different.
