Yesterday I 1) DID not have much fun. I 2) WENT for a bike ride around three in the afternoon. A guy 3) CAME up behind me and 4) SAID, "I bet you twenty bucks I can beat you in a race." I 5) SAID, "No way!" and we 6) TOOK off. I 7) HAD never SEEN the old lady crossing the street. She 8) HAD a cane and 9) WAS really slow. When I 10) HIT her we both 11) WENT flying. I 12) FLEW about ten feet and 13) LANDED on my face.

The guy I was racing 14) KNEW I was hurt, but he 15) ASKED me for the twenty bucks anyway. I 16) TOLD him to call an ambulance but he kept saying, "I 17) WON; I 18) WON." Finally, I 19) GAVE him the money and he 20) WENT and 21) MADE the call.
