I don't mind watching to the news about political problems or unstable economical situation but I am fond of documentaries dedicated to historical events or programmes about psychological and medical issues and I think such programmes are worth watching, because they show us how to never repeat our past mistakes in the future or how to deal with diseases.
I agree with you, that the programs of this kind can be useful for those who want to get rid of psychological or health problems but sometimes I just want to forget about everything and simply relax on my comfortable sofa. Then I turn on my television and enjoy watching Hollywood comedies.
Yes, you have the point here. When I need some rest I don't mind watching a comedy programme that helps my mind and body to relax, taking me to a world full of laugh and fantasy.
