1) The researchers explain the widespread homelessness in Russia as a sharp deterioration of the socio-economic situation in the period after the collapse of the USSR: this is a low level of income, crime.

2) The situation with the homeless, not only in our region, but throughout Russia does not improve, but only gets worse. People lose their jobs or lose their roof over their heads due to an accident and, unfortunately, no one can help them.

3) If I were a politician, I would organize small places for the homeless, where they can eat well, have a roof over their heads, and wear decent clothes. But with the condition that they will not use alcohol or drugs and will maintain an active lifestyle.
