1. Yes, I follow a healthy lifestyle as I want to be fit and feel well. I don't smoke and don't eat junk food.
2. I sleep not less that 8 hours every night.
3. I jog on Mondays, go to a gym on Tuesdays, do press-ups on Wednesdays, do sit-ups on Thursdays, do yoga on Fridays.
4. I feel stressed when there is a lack of time. I have so many things to do and when I have to put them off I am usually stressed.
5. I can depend on my family and friends when I need to get some support.
