But the neighbours on the upper floor above our apartment are noisy. You can often hear loud music or even shouting in their apartment, especially during holidays and weekends. They have many relatives and friends who often come to visit them. Although if you ask them for anything, they will never refuse to help you and they will even apologize for the loud noise.
