Products:

- 4 eggs

- 1 Cup of sugar

- 1.5-2 cups flour  

- 1 kg of hard apples 4-5 PCs.

1. Prepare the dough:

Beat the eggs thoroughly with a mixer, slowly add the sugar, then gradually add the flour and salt to this mixture on the tip of a knife. The dough should have a creamy consistency.

2. Prepare the apples:

Washed apples are cleaned from the seeds and cut into small pieces

3. Putting everything in the form:

Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with flour, semolina or breadcrumbs.  

Put the apples in the form, pour the dough evenly and put them in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 — 40 minutes.
