4.The  student doesn't have to take any  exams  this   year.He  ll have  them  next  year.
5.You don't have to take a cake.I have  bought a  tasty  apple  pie.

any в 4ом предложени  подразумевает только единственное число, так что откуда там exams я не знаю. Опечатка?
