1) I would advice my classmate to join the interests clubs. At this clubs everybody could tell about their hobbies and do what they love with somebody who loves it too.

3) I woutd advice him to start to study with a tutor. Because he needs this. I would advice him to study to read books at the other languages. Not at his mother tongue.
