2. People should clean they teeth two times a day.

3. They should do some exercises.

4. There are apples, bananas, oranges, avocados and other fruits and vegetables.

5. People need to do active life, to do some exercises when they get up to prevent an illness.

6. They need to go to a doctor.

7. They need to go to a dentist, which help with that type of diseases.

8. They must turn off their telephone and other gadgets when they are going to sleep.

Introduction: I know some of the habits which are very important. First is get up early. It is very important habit which can help you to safe your time. Second is reading every day. Which can help you to increase your vocabulary. Third is active life. This habit can help you to improve your body, which is perfect. At last, help everyone. It can help you to be very kind with other people.
