Местоимения this(these) -переводятся: это (эти)  и употребляются при указании на предметы (лица) находящиеся вблизи говорящего,а that (those)  (перевод: то или те) служат для указания на предметы (лица) более отдаленные от него.Глагол Come - приходить, приезжать:  означает движение в направлении к тому месту, где находится говорящий.
Глагол Go: уходить, удаляться означает движение удаления в другое место.
here- здесь, сюда,  а there- там, туда.
