Я не уверена, слишком ли это высокий или низкий уровень английского, но вот.

One morning I woke up because I had a bad toothache. I was afraid of losing my teeth, so I went to the dentist. He looked at my teeth through a dental mirror, and found a decayed tooth. He said I needed an injection. He took the bad part of the tooth out of my mouth, filled the tooth with the right filling, and the pain went away. I said “thank you.”
