 If переводится как «если»

       If she comes, I will leave. - Если она придет, я уйду.

 Unless переводится «если не»

     Unless she comes, I will leave. - Если она не придет, я уйду.

То-есть unless заменяет нам If not

при этом структура одна и та же. Здесь структура First Conditionals. IF = Present Simple, MAIN = Future Simple.
