Paul says that local cafes and supermarkets throw away a lot of good food, and he eats this. On a typical day, he has sandwiches and fresh fruit.

For many people, life is about working and having a lot of money. Without these things your life isn't supposed to be very good. Some people disagree. Paul Cortez lives an "alternative lifestyle"
