Pocahontas believed that the English could teach her people a lot of useful things, that` why began to learn their language. During fighting between Indians and English colonists, Pocahontas saved life of an English captain is John Smith. After, colonists arrested her and stayed in prison, where she learned good manners and married colonist John Rolfe. She gave birth a son, Thomas, but soon she died from her illness.
