Too, also и as well обозначают одно и то же и переводятся, как «тоже», «также». Разница только в том, что too и as well стоят в конце предложения, а also обычно находится в предложении перед глаголом или прилагательным. При этом as well употребляется в более формальных ситуациях, нежели too.
