1. Human rights are norms and moral principles that insure protection of dignity and freedom of every single person. These rights are meant to limit governments` influence for protecting people and avoiding tyranny and lawlessness. Human rights are important because of their inalienability. They are not a reward for good behaviour or a specificity of a certain country and a social group.
2. The Declaration of Human Rights is a document, which was enacted by The United Nations General Assembly, that enshrines rights and liberties of all human beings.
