Dear Friend,
People become vegetarians for various reasons: ethical, environmental, economic, medical, religious. There are different types of vegetarianism. The most strict version of it is veganism.
I do a lot of stuff to keep myself fit. For example, I'm doing some sports. I eat healthy, but I'm not vegetarian. So, that's why I still being very healthy and fit.
I don't avoid any food. I just eat healthy, but sometimes I can let myself eat something like cake, because I think I deserved it.
