I wouldn't try to avoid him/her because AIDS is not spreadable by simple touch, it's spread by semen/blood.

I would treat him/her as normal because AIDS sometimes people transmit it without even knowing they have it.

I wouldn't want to find out how he/she contracted the disease as it's their own business and not mine.

I wouldn't feel better as there is nothing wrong with being a homosexual and a drug addict who needs to be put in rehab and I can't do much about that either it's all of their own decisions.
