1) In my opinion, one of the main reasons is lack of money. Families with low budget can not breathe freely because they always got problems

2) I think it is very hard for every mother and father to help their child at period of 12-16 years. Teenagers may be agressive and they can make everything complicated

3) For the first issue, in my opinion, i can not provide any worthable help, unfortunately. It is the responsibility of government to support families with low budget by increasing the wage. For the second one, i think the best solution is heart to heart talks: trust, understanding, patience are making the relationahips between the parent and child good
