As for me education is necessary for all people. Everybody should have at least secondary school's education. Nowadays almost all of the universities are paid and moreover even some schools are paid also. I think this way of giving education is quite wrong because it gives chance only to rich people. I suppose government should do everything what is possible to popularize global education and make it free and available for all social classes. :)
