*Favorite sport*

My favorite sport is running. There are days when you just want to get up and run! I, for example, just grab my I-pod and run out of the house to shake off the burden of accumulated problems. And every time it works!  Running is very good for your health, of course, except when it is contraindicated by your doctor. Physically, running helps you stay in good physical shape, because it helps you burn calories because of the high energy consumption. Running also reduces the risk of heart disease, as it lowers blood pressure and maintains the elasticity of blood vessels. By releasing toxins and training your muscles and bones, it also slows down the aging process. In psychological terms, running promotes the production of the" happiness hormone " endorphin, which improves your well-being.
