Устойчивое выражение at ..., for ..., или have... breakfast - артикль не берём (for dinner, supper,  at dinner, lunch, after breakfast, before lunch)

Есть определение, что именно тот завтрак, который я ел у вас.

7. The clothes in this store are really fashionable.

Также есть определение - именно та одежда, что продают в этом магазине

11. The new hospital is very modern. - подчёркивается, что не одна из многих, а именно та больница, что является новой - здесь как и с магазином - ограничение. (как и с обедом, и свитером: везде есть определения - ограничения, и выделение этих объектов)

Перед названиями городов артикли не ставим, а перед известными достопримечательностями их просто надо знать.
