There are a lot of people in our society and many of them have their own responsibilities. For example, we have to go to school, to pay for something and even clean our rooms. Maybe, some people don't want to be so socially addict, but they haven't any choice. Our government wants us to be well-educated  and mannered, that's why we should try to do sth for it. As for our parents, they dream of a good and literate children. To live in a developed country we ought to have and admit responsibilities. So, that's why the main idea is to be well-adapted to the society with help of our responsibilities and rights. It is very important to have adequate civilized people in the country.
