Dear Sir or Madam

I am writing to complain about an a Smart Watch 6 pink color that I bought from Internet-shop www.apple.com on 5th March.

There are three problems with the watch.Firstly, the battery does not work properly.I have to recharge it every time use it. According to the instructions, they are charged for 1 hour and kept for 6 days. Secondly, there is a problem with the sensor does not respond, third not the original strap.I returned the watch on the site apple, but they refused to give me a refund and advised me to contact you.

I am enclosing the watch, together with the receipt.Could you please give me a refund as soon as possible and replace this product with a working one. I look forward to hearing from you.
