I think that living in larger cities is better than living in small villages like in the past because if there is an emergency and you need to go to the hospital, you can quickly go there. And if you live in small village, it will be a bit harder because you might not have any hospitals.
But the good thing in small villages is that you might know a lot of people and in case something happens you can ask for help.
