Book "1984" is a famous dystopian novel, that was written by George Orwell. This book was published in 1949. It is very interesting. It takes place in the future.
The main character -Winston Smith lives in London and works for the Ministry of Truth that is very important in the world. The main Political Party tries to make all the people do what the government wants and tries to make from them the "right" people. Winston Smith doesn't like this life and because of that he has very serious problems. All the characters of "1984" are well-developed and true-to-life. In the ending, Party finally makes Winston the "right" person and it is very bad for the whole planet in the future. I really liked this book and I will certainly read more books by George Orwell.
