When I got up early in the morning I started to eat breakfast:
porridge,coffee and sausage. For luch I prefer to eat soup. My favourite food is pizza and milk shakes. But I also like spaghetti and shrimps. My mother said that vegetables are very good for health but i like fruits. My best friend likes fast food restaurants and my father likes eat tomatoes very much.

The English usually have 4 meals a day: breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner. Breakfast can be a full of corn flakes with milk and sugar, or bacon and eggs, toast, tea or coffee. Some people, have just a cup of tea or coffee with a toast.On lunch they like steak, roast beef, and fish and chips . Afternoon tea is taken at about 5pm, but it can hardly be called a meal , people meet with each other , have tea with muffin and talk to each other. Dinner is the most substantial meal of the whole day.
The main course will often be fish or meat, perhaps the traditional roast beef of old England, and a lot of vegetables. The next course is something sweet
