My favourite vegetable is a carrot.  I love carrot because we use it  in sweet dishes, in salads  for breakfast  and also because it is easy to cook. I can grill, boil, steam, roast or bake carrots. Drinking carrot juice is also very useful.  

There are many types of carrots: red, orange, purple, yellow and white. Carrot contains protein, minerals and many vitamins that are good for our health.  

Growing carrots is easy. Most people grow carrots in the kitchen gardens.  Carrot taste makes it my favourite vegetable.
