Introduction
The purpose of this report is to assess the new Fontana’s Pizza house in Sunford, which I visited last week.
Food & Prices
Fontana’s Pizza house offers some really tasty pizzas. They are also inexpensive, which is a huge advantage too. However, I have to say that the menu is rather boring, and there isn’t much choice.
Service
I hate to say it, but the service was rather slow. On the other hand, however, the staff were just great – very polite and friendly.
Atmosphere
Clean tables and very modern furnishings all contributed to the positive atmosphere at Fontana’s Pizza house. The only drawback was loud music, because of which it was rather noisy.
Conclusion
The new Fontana’s Pizza house in Sunford is, on the whole, a great success. However, I think that it can be even better if some improvements are made. Firstly, they should add some different dishes to the menu. Secondly, the manager should train staff to work faster. Finally, they should play quieter music.
