1. This situation makes me negative to first computer shop, their support system isn’t working properly, also technical managers don’t work in order they can, trying to say “go check FAQ, while it is no solution for client problem.
While another company helps immediately and with helping of this speed they get one more pleased client.
2. It is no such way, mostly, if you know the most common question, you need to write is in same way as FAQ, but obviously, someone will ask questions, that don’t coincide with FAQ problems.
3. Unluckily, I don’t have my company, but If I have this one, I exactly will create website for online service for customers, also my duty to solve clients problem as fast as I can, if it is already solved problem in FAQ
My FAQ could be developed, updating often, for all enquirers from client I exactly will have managers, who will reply to this mails as soon as possible.
