It was then that I firmly decided to switch to healthy food. I ate half a kilogram of fruits and vegetables a day, drank milk in the morning and in the evening. I completely excluded fast food from my diet. I couldn't completely give up sweets, but I significantly reduced its consumption up to one cup of coffee a day. Even I put less sugar now. Six months later, my weight and health returned to normal. And now I firmly believe that proper nutrition has its place in every home. This is important not only for the figure and health, but also for beauty.
