In my opinion not all students should have to learn foreign languages and it shouldn't be compulsory.

In general, it should depend on their future professions. If students choose mental profession, like engineers, programmers, doctors and so on, they can't become specialists without foreign languages. But when their job is connected just with physical strength, those students don't need languages.
