all young people should have some work experience. It can help them in the adult world and it can help them to decide what to do in the future.

I agree with this opinion. I think that work experience can help young people to feel what kind of job they like and to find out if they have enough knowledge and desire to make it properly or they should choose another job. Work experience will also show to a young person if he feels good in a new office team and if the particular work schedule satisfies him or not. Anyway it is always an interesting experience for young people.
