Відповідь: I see a crowd of people on the picture, I think it's festival or a theater show, people are dancing and presenting their program. They are wearing some costumes that are familiar with clown costumes, as for me. The weather is good and sunny, I think it's summer, generally  I love the atmosphere at this picture
