My favourite day of the week is Saturday, because it's the weekend!

I usually stay in bed until 10.30. Then I have breakfast and read the newspapers. After breakfast I often go to my parents' dacha near St Petersburg especially in the summer. Dacha is the Russian word for a house in the country It's a place where you relax and forget about everything.

My mother normally makes a big lunch. After lunch we play cards or read. My parents sometimes go for a walk, but I don't go with them. I don't like walking or doing exercise!

In the evening we often invite friends for dinner. In the summer we eat outside and people usually start singing and dancing. We never go to bed before 1.00. Nobody works on Sunday morning!
