For breakfast I usually have muesli with healthy cereals, delicious sandwiches and a cup of peach tea.
For lunch today I have mashed potatoes, rice and healthy vegetables.
I have dinner at 6 pm. For dinner, I have beetroot for the first, and for the second, Kiev cutlets, which are prepared by my beloved mom.
