He has to stay late to do some work. However, my father does judo three times a week, goes jogging, and does exercises every morning. mother's score is 6 points. She does not do any exercise because she does not have time. She likes sweets also, so she eats a lot of sugar. Both my brother and I have 5 points. We do not always drink 2 liters of water. My mother advises always us to drink a lot of water during the day and a glass of warm water in the morning 30 minutes earlier before having breakfast. We often forget to take a deep breath. We can take a deep breath whenever it is possible, for example, when we do our homework, watch TV, or go to school. Like our mother, we like sweets too. After taking the questionnaire, our family decided to take up such habits as taking a deep breath, getting enough sleep and drinking a lot of water, and giving up eating sweets to improve our lifestyle.
