Last summer I traveled with my mom and dad. We went to Pearl Lake for three days. It took us three hours to get there by car.

On the shore of the lake we lived in a tent set up by my father. Around there were many more such tents where people lived. There was a forest nearby.

Therefore, every morning we were awakened by the chirping of birds.

My mother and I went to the forest to pick strawberries. I ate this berry to the bone and also collected a full bucket for my mother. She made strawberry jam at home.

We also swam in the lake, and dad was fishing with a line. I enjoyed sitting next to him and watching the water.

We've had a good trip. And I would like us to go with our parents to those beautiful places again.
