I believe that Barack Obama is one of the most intelligent presidents in modern history. He is also one of the most inspiring, having given countless speeches that have motivated and encouraged people around the world. His predecessor, George W. Bush, was also a very intelligent leader, though not quite as much as Obama. Additionally, Bush was far more conservative than Obama, making his presidency a much different experience. Lastly, I would say that Obama is a much more popular president than Bush, as his approval ratings were consistently higher throughout his time in office.
