Dear company, I would like to inform you that a week ago I returned the camera that I bought from you because of the problems that It had. But of course before returning it I spoke with your companies assistant. It's been a whole week, but the camera still hasn't been repaired.

The biggest problem is that your company isn't responsible at all. You at least should have updated me on what's going on and why it's taking too much time for repairing it. I payed for this camera so I have a right to complain about your irresponsible, so that other people will be aware of you.

I really hope to get an answer soon, and hope that your company isn't going to leave things like that. I will patiently wait for your answer and apologize for the act of service.
