This celebration lasts for fifteen days! People decorate their houses and towns in beautiful colours. Of course, the main colour is red because it brings good luck. On the evening before the New Year, families have a big dinner. On the first days of the New Year, people visit family and friends and give them presents. On the 15th day of the celebration, the lantern festival takes place. During this festival, people have a parade in the streets and they carry lanterns (small paper lamps) in their hands.
