Во всех трёх заданиях я пользовалась правилом построения предложения с "if" – "если".

Суть правила в том, что мы всегда говорим фразы с этой частичкой в будущем времени. Пример возьму из третьего задания.

I'll be happy, if you come to my party. → Я буду счастлив, если ты придешь ко мне на вечеринку.

Или же: If you like, we will go by car. → Если хочешь, мы поедем на машине.

То есть в любом случае, даже в русском языке имея "если" мы всегда говорим в будущем времени.

Так и в английском).
