Spring and autumn in Ukraine have moderate temperatures, with many clear days, but with occasional rain and cold winds.
Summers in Ukraine can be hot and humid. The hottest days can be over 35 degrees. However, in the mountainous areas of the country, summers can be cooler.
Ukraine's climate also depends on geographic location and altitude. For example, the Carpathians have a mountainous climate with cool summers and harsh winters, while the Black Sea region has a temperate maritime climate with mild winters and cool summers.
Climate change has become noticeable in Ukraine in recent years. Current trends show an increase in average annual temperature and a decrease in precipitation, which can lead to problems with human health, crop yields, and water resources. The risk of natural disasters, such as floods and heavy rains, is also increasing.
