As I trudged through the waist-deep snow, I cursed myself for not bringing proper gear. I was miles from civilization when a sudden gust of wind knocked me off my feet. I struggled to get up, but the snow was too deep. As I felt my strength ebbing away, I saw a helicopter in the distance. The rescue team had finally found me! As they pulled me aboard, I was exhausted but relieved that I wasn't hurt. The snowy weather had almost claimed another victim, but I had made it out alive.
