Пояснення:

Present Simple використовуємо коли дія відбувається регулярно (слова маркери - usually, always, every …, і тд) У стверджувальних реченнях при особі he/she/it додаємо до V закінчення s(es), при are/you/we/they не додамжо нічого. У питаннях і запереченнях використовуємо does(he/she/it), do(I/you/we they) і not.

Present Continuous вживаємо коли дія відбувається в теперішній момент, тобто now, at the moment, і тд. Стверджувальні речення будуються так: особа + is(he/she/it)/are(I/you/we/they)  + Ving. У питаннях просто змінюємо порядок слів, у запереченнях додаємо not.
